Chesnee Middle School Cheerleading strives to ensure our student-athletes become responsible citizens in all aspects of their lives by demonstrating a spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for coaches, teammates, and our school community.
As coaches, our goal is to nurture each cheerleader with a passionate attitude towards growth, to develop each cheerleader’s ability to perform to their highest potential, and to ask that each cheerleader develop equally as a student and person by using skills they will learn on the sidelines such as leadership, teamwork, effort, and character in the classroom.
Chesnee Middle School cheerleaders are a sideline squad cheering at all home football and basketball games. CMS cheerleaders host two pep rallies a year and spend their 7th and 8th-grade years learning the fundamentals of cheerleading which to prepares them to leave Chesnee Middle School more equipped for state-level competition at Chesnee High School.
